Access to the site is located at the intersection
of Zylstra Road and Van Dam Road, South of Oak Harbor.
Via Deception Pass Bridge: From I-5 (at Burlington), take the Anacortes-Whidbey Island exit to Highway 20 West Bound. Follow signs to Oak Harbor. Continue 4.7 miles past Burger King in Oak Harbor - Turn Right on Arnold Road. Turn Right on Zylstra Road - Entrance to site is on the right directly across from Van Dam Road.
Via Clinton-Mukilteo Ferry/South Whidbey: Drive North on SR525 (becomes Highway 20). From the pedstrian overpass in Coupeville, drive approximately 4 miles to Zylstra Road (Penn Cove is on the right) - Turn Left on Zylstra Road - Entrance to site is on the right, directly across from Van Dam Road.

Limited to 300 entries - Payment is due with your entry to reserve a spot. No open checks for entry fees please - checks will be cashed for entry fees when received. Unpaid entries will go on wait list until paid. All Beginner Novice competitors and horses must have a USEA member ID number. All Foreign Competitors and Horses including Canada and Mexico must be members of the USEA to compete at the novice level and above. Horse Trials refund policy is published in the USEA Omnibus - You must confirm your scratch with the show secretary (email show secretary). Scratch dates for computing refunds will be verified by the show secretary.

Please don't make checks payable to Whidbey Island Pony Club - while the Pony Club is beneficiary, checks made out to Pony Club cause us banking problems. . .
Stabling is limited to 160 Stalls ($150 each) and about 100 rustic pole or pipe corrals ($75 each). BE SURE AND INDICATE YOUR STABLING CHOICE with your entry. Stabling was most commonly omitted in the past with on-line entries, so please check your entry carefully before submitting.
Off-site stabling may also be available at Wildwood Farm (approximately 25 minutes away) - 360-679-3474 (www.wildwoodfarm.com). Competitor is responsible for arranging their own offsite stabling and will park in designated haul-in area.
